After a meeting of the Steering Committee of the Waitaki Valley Vehicle Trust on Friday 28 July steps have been taken to lease a Toyota Corolla from the Twizel Tekapo Vehicle Trust to run a trial in the Valley.

Did you know that Kurow has an Ambulance Station? If so, did you know that we respond to calls from the top of the Lindis, Omarama, Otematata, Kurow, Cattle Creek, Duntroon and the Danseys Pass and we are manned by volunteers.

It is with pleasure we announce the legal entity Waitaki Valley Vehicle Trust. 

From September to January we carried out 40 trips to places ranging from Christchurch to Queenstown to Dunedin. 65 passengers were carried. Over 8,500 km were travelled.
